Wow look at that, I managed one on schedule and flubbed the next one.

Anyway here it is, my latest exercise update.

I'm actually proud of this one, because not only did I manage at least two sessions per week (with three this week), I cracked the 1000km mark for leg work. I've got 589.19km to go until I can actually sing about "walking" a thousand miles, but I'm on the down hill run so yay!
