Playing around with focal points here. Wanted to get the focus on the wooden sitting platform so that the background was a bit blurry.

Went along for a Sunday roll about when I came upon this spiny gentlebeing out for its own sunday constitutional.

Honestly it's the first time I've ever seen an Echidna in the wild

There's a small guerrilla garden up the road from us and it's currently growing Capsicum and a couple of other things.

Did a roll about and got this picture. Thought I would artify it a little.

Butterflies and moths are some of the hardest insects to photograph, sometimes I wonder if they know where they're going to end up next

The escarpment is pretty close where we live and it makes for a great backdrop to take photos against.

The nice part of living in a new estate is that you're literally at the intersection between suburban life and the rural existence.
